Excellent service! Our old water heater blew up the night before and Just Right came within a couple of hours after my call them. Just Right technician Jordan was great! and completed replacing the water heater in few hours. Thumbs up & recommend.

We've used Just Right Heating, Cooling and Plumbing for years. They installed our furnace and AC unit years ago, and we've always been impressed with their quality work, the professionalism of their crew, and their customer service is all around top notch. Today we had the privilege of utilizing their plumbing services. We called this morning because of a water heater problem and they took care of us right away. Our expectations are already pretty high and Dylan exceeded them. We feel he went above and beyond in his quality of work and how neat and clean everything looked when he was finished, he was professional, and very patient with all the questions and concerns we had. I am very pleased with the work Dylan did! My water heater was reaching end of life (almost 12 years old), so I decided to replace it before it caused any issue. Dylan took care of the replacement and did a perfect and clean job. See the attached picture (before and after). He replaced the old water and gas valves and reorganize the piping, also put a pan under the new water heater which makes it look cleaner and it is helpful in case of leaks. I will definitely ask for him when I call Just Right again for plumbing services. Thanks!

Had heater and AC replaced 5 years ago. Since then I've had them fix drain pipe, shower faucet, sprinkler main valve and today my water heater. Always everything is done great. Dylan Ewen has done my last 2 plumbing jobs and is always professional and friendly.

My furnace check from Just Right could not have been more pleasant. Todd was punctual and extremely thorough. He explained and documented everything he observed in my system. He was friendly, polite and extremely hard working. I’m so glad to have found this company.

Jon Davidson was phenomenal. Professional, kind, and honest about the repairs needed for the toilet. He went through our options and didn't quibble once I made my choice. He also had an audience the whole time as my cats watched him work, and was more entertained than bothered. Just Right continues to be a great company and I'm so grateful to have them available when my own attempts at DIY inevitably turn out more difficult than I thought. 😅

The office staff was so kind on the phone and helpful getting us scheduled. Josh was the technician and he was fantastic! He took the time to educate us on what was needed and made sure we got a solution to fix our furnace problem and not just a band-aid. He went above and beyond! Can’t thank him enough and would recommend Just Right to anyone looking for an honest and helpful company.
